Description

Earlier to mid 19th century, altered. Single storey, 3 bay cottage in terrace to E. Rubble with stone cills. Eaves course.

SOUTH (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: window (converted door) at centre and windows in flanking bays.

W ELEVATION: small window to outer left.

Plate glass glazing in modern windows. Red pantiles. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans; ashlar coped skews; thackstanes.

Statement of Interest

Adjoining the Balgonie Arms and in prominent Main Street position, reinstatement of traditional glazing would greatly enhance this building.
