Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3 bay cottage in irregular terrace. Painted rubble with long and short quoins.
E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Part glazed timber door at centre below large modern fascia, windows in flanking bays.
12 pane glazing pattern in fixed windows. Traditional pantiles. Harled stack with cans and thackstane, painted ashlar? skew to rear only.
One of few remaining vernacular style buildings.
