Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, gabled, rectangular-plan villa. Squared and snecked sandstone with ashlar margins and dressings. Gabled dormerheads.

SW ELEVATION: broad gable slightly advanced to outer left; gabled shallow porch in re-entrant angle to right, canted window to outer right; gabled dormerheads

SE ELEVATION: long near-symmetrical range, door at centre. Gable to outer right, bipartite windows; gabled dormerheads.

Plate glass timber sash and case window. Grey slate roof, lead flashings, multiple tall corniced ridge stacks.
