Earlier to mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan cottage. Whinstone and sandstone rubble; painted ashlar margins. Bipartite, round-arched windows.
E (MAIN) ELEVATION: round-arched door at centre, now concealed by timber round-arched porch with felt roof; flanking windows.
Timber sash and case windows; small-pane glazing with Y-tracery in archhead. Graded grey slate roof, lead flashings, low sandstone corniced apex stacks, circular cans.
