Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey, gabled cottage. Rubble with painted ashlar margins; rusticated quoins. Advanced eaves, painted bargeboards.

E (MAIN) ELEVATION: broad gable to right, tripartite gun-loop headed windows; rusticated triangular pediment in relief above. Tongue and groove wooden gabled porch in re-entrant angle to left, modern door and sidelights; window to outer left. Modern lean-to cement-lined bay to outer right.

Timber lying-pane and 8-pane sash and case windows. Graded grey slate roof, lead flashings; tall cement-rendered and corniced stack, decorative clay can.
