Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey, 6-bay pair of terraced 3-bay cottages. Rubble whinstone with painted sandstone margins and dressings. Projecting eaves, exposed timbers.

S (MAIN) ELEVATION: each cottage with projecting gabled porch at centre, boarded door, window on right and left returns. Flanking windows.

Timber sash and case windows; 12-lying-pane glazing to E cottage; 4-pane timber sash and case to W cottage. Graded grey slate roof; lead flashings; small corniced ridge stacks, paired circular cans.
