Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay asymmetrical-plan house fronting harbour. Harl. Base course; painted margins to openings.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: boarded timber door to left with narrow letterbox fanlight; semi-circular pedimented margin above; single window to left at ground; 2 single windows to right. 3 single windows at 1st floor.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skew to outer right; coped stacks; polygonal cans to stack to outer right only.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

Statement of Interest

A prominent example of earlier 19th century housing, opposite the harbour, which retains its original windows.
