Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical house built on ground rising to N, forming E end of courtyard with Nos 7, 11 and 17 parallel to Church Road, with stone-lined storm drainage channel passing directly along S wall. Harled with cement margins to openings.
N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: part-glazed timber panelled door at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window in each bay flanking.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: small window at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in bays flanking.
E (SIDE) ELEVATION: window set to right at each floor (including attic) and gablehead stack above; blank to left.
W (SIDE) ELEVATION: gabled wall with window set to left of gable; tall gablehead stack above; dramatically chamfered NW angle allowing access to courtyard.
12- and 6-pane timber sash and case windows; fixed 4-pane timber-framed window to S elevation. Replaced grey slate; stone ridge; flush rooflight to N pitch; cement skews; coped harled gablehead stacks; plain moulded cans; uPVC rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
