Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical house built on ground rising to W. Harled with painted cement long and short margins to openings. Windows at 1st floor hugging eaves. Flat-roofed L-plan outbuilding from SE angle; pitched concrete garage at rear with corrugated-iron roof.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern timber door at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: stair light, set high, in bay to centre. Window at ground with window set towards centre at 1st floor above in bays flanking..

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: blank gabled wall with gablehead stack.

2-pane timber sash and case windows; fixed timber-framed stair light. Purple Welsh slate roof; stone ridge; concrete skews to E; harled corniced gablehead stacks to E and W; thackstanes to E stack; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
