Description

Earlier to mid 19th century with later alterations and additions. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical crowstepped gabled house with flat-roofed garage addition to rear (W). Harled. Eaves course. Concrete window cills.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern timber door with fanlight at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window in each bay flanking.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2-bay gable elevation. Window at each floor in each bay; gablehead stack above. 2-leaf boarded doors with window flanking in garage addition to outer right.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; harled, coped gablehead stacks to N and S; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
