Later to late 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house with single storey wing. Squared and snecked rubble with dressed ashlar margins. Deep base course.
E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: centre bay with advanced, gabled porch with bipartite window and panelled timber door on return to left, windows in flanking bays; small window to centre at 1st floor and flanking windows breaking eaves into gabled dormerhead to right, that to left in gabled bay.
S ELEVATION: broad gabled bay with window to left at ground.
W ELEVATION: window to each floor of gabled centre bay, that to 1st floor breaking eaves, gablehead chimney. Single storey wing projecting to left of centre with window in gable to left and 2 further windows to right; return to right with timber door and letterbox fanlight to centre, window to right and advanced gable to left with further advanced porch and boarded timber door.
N ELEVATION: broad gabled bay with window to right at each floor. Single storey wing with 3 windows slightly setback to outer right.
4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans; plain bargeboarding with deeply overhanging eaves.
RAILINGS AND GATES: cast-iron railings with decorative cast-iron gates and piers to pedestrian and vehicular entrances.
