Mid 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical house divided internally to form 2 dwellings abutting 4 Victoria Road at right angles; forestair to outer right forming E side of small courtyard to rear of Numbers 62-62 Victoria Street (listed separately). Squared and coursed rubble.
W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: boarded door at ground in bay to left of centre. Window at each floor in bays flanking. Forestair to boarded door at 1st floor in bay to outer right.
4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; rubble corniced gablehead stack to N.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.
Forms the east side of a small courtyard to the rear of Numbers 62-64 Victoria Street, Number 66 (listed separately) forming the north side. Recently refurbished, it retains its rubble masonry and forestair.
