Possibly 18th century, with later alterations. 2-storey and attic 3-bay tenement at east end of short terrace. Harled rubble walls.

S ELEVATION: symmetrical 3-bay. Doorway at centre. Single windows in flanking bays and at 1st floor above. Piend-roofed dormerheads breaking eaves above.

INTERIOR: not seen 2000.

Modern replacement windows. Purple-grey slate roof; substantial gablehead stacks.

Statement of Interest

B-Group with Scalloway Main Street, Olaf View and An-Teallach. Although this group has been subject to later alteration, it still indicates the appearance of the houses that lined the waterfront. It is possible that the 2nd floor windows were originally small and square in shape, and set below the eaves.
