History

Early C19, probably c1815 and contemporary with the house.

Exterior

C19 agricultural range of rubble construction with slate roof. The range consists of a main block, the SW end of which is an open haybarn, and a contemporary single-storey cart-shed addition to the NW, forming an L-plan with the primary block. Entrance to the NE side of the closed bay, with recessed boarded doors and slate lintel. 2-bay hay barn section with plain square pillars on a rubble plinth; the NW gable is open. The cart openings have been given C20 brick infills and an entrance-and-window group to each; brick forecourt walls for later use as pig sties.

Interior

4-bay interior to main range with plain tie-beam trusses.
