Early C19 house, little altered externally.
Cement rendered and painted with natural slate roof and brick stacks. Double depth central entry plan. Two storeys and attic, three windows. Pedimented doorway with 6-panel door. All windows are 8 over 8 pane sashes. Moulded eaves cornice, moderately pitched roof with single dormer with 2-light casement to right and gable stacks. Retains its probably original spiked wrought iron railing with dog-bars.

Included for its special architectural interest as a well preserved early C19 house retaining its character.
