Early C19 in appearance, but the uneven window arrangement may suggest an earlier origin; externally little altered.
Rendered and painted with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stacks. Double depth central entry plan. Two storeys, three windows. Door with pedimented architrave, 6-panel, four of the panels glazed. Windows are all 8 over 8 pane sashes. Moderately pitched roof with stack on either gable; the tall one on the left may be shared with No. 6.
Rear elevation not inspected.
Interior not inspected at resurvey.
Included for its special architectural interest as a well preserved early C19 house retaining its character.
