History

Late C18/early C19.

Exterior

Shop with accommodation above, attached at both sides. Walls rendered with scored roughcast; slate roof behind moulded eaves cornice and 2 tall stacks, one brick and one rendered. Three storeys and cellar. Two- window range of 12-pane sashes in reveals. Wood eaves cornice. C20 projecting shop front with coved cornice and multipane upper lights. Tall rear wing retains sashes.

Included as a Georgian building retaining its character. Group value with other listed buildings in Beaufort Square and the lower part of High Street and Bank Street.
