History

Early C19.

Exterior

Regency terrace house, attached at each side, shop with accommodation above. Walls of scored render, slate roof with brick ridge stack. Three storeys. Single window range of sashes with exposed frames, 9-pane to top floor, 12-pane to first floor. Part C19 shop front with replaced fascia, moulded surrounds, panelled door with rectangular overlight. Rear cross wing with C20 glazing.
