History

Early C19.

Exterior

Regency terrace house and shop, attached at each side, eaves line shared with no.7. Walls are rendered, slate roof with tall brick end stack. Three storeys. Single window range: top floor has 9-pane top opening casement, first floor a 12-pane sash with narrow glazing bars, exposed frames in shallow reveals. Mainly C20 shop front with deep fascia overall, retaining cornice. Rear with C20 glazing.
