Small detached Georgian house, now offices. Walls of joint-lined roughcast; shallow pitched hipped slate roof with boarded overhanging eaves. Two storeys and basement. Two-window range of horned 12-pane sashes in reveals with narrow glazing bars, 9-pane to basement. Door with flat surround in middle of side elevation. Forecourt railings and gate have spear finials, plain gatepiers. Steps up to right and down to left.
Interior converted to offices. Staircase with stick balusters rises from side doorway with rooms each side. Some rooms retain shutters and panelled reveals. 4-panelled doors.
Listed as a late Georgian townhouse. Group value with other listed buildings in this range.
