History

Probably contemporary with other buildings at farm (1858).

Exterior

Dutch barn of 5 bays. Slate roof with wooden A-frame trusses. Long sides each have 4 tall Doric-style bulbous cast-iron columns. Corner piers in brown and blue brindled brick have returns with engaged columns. East end brick wall with ventilation holes (blocked at time of inspection), and shallow buttresses. West faces of W piers have blind arches with cruciform decoration and circular ventilation holes.
