History

Probably ca 1800 simple Georgian

Exterior

3-storey 3-window scribed render front with painted plinth. Slate roof, eaves broad and rubble end chimney stacks (rendered to right) both with weatercourses. The small pane windows are not regularly spaced; pivot to 2nd floor, 12-pane sashes to 1st floor and another to ground floor right with lower glazing bars removed. Contemporary shopfront to left with cornice, 2-windows and splayed entrance with half glazed door; central entrance with modern 6-panel door.

Rubble left gable end with boarded loft door and remains of hoist. Part cement render rear with lean-to and 4-pane sashes. Slate stone spans the gated side passage between this and the neighbouring house.
