A late C18 or early C19 house shown on the 1829 town plan.
A 2-storey 2-window house of rubble stone painted blue, slate roof and roughcast stack to the R. The central entrance has a panelled door and 4-pane overlight, under a gabled canopy. Windows in the lower storey are 12-pane hornless sashes in thin architraves with rendered heads, the R-hand cambered. In the upper storey are 9-pane hornless sash windows under cambered heads, the L-hand not in line with the lower storey window.
Not inspected.
Listed for its special architectural interest as a small cottage retaining original Georgian character, of a type once common in Beaumaris but now rarely well preserved.
