History

Late C18/early C19.

Exterior

Three storey, three window pair of houses; local brick (painted), slate roof, scalloped eaves fascia board; rectangular end chimneys in brick. Second floor has three twelve-pane hornless sash windows, heavy stone sills. On first floor, central window is dummy, outer windows twelve-pane hornless sashes. On ground floor, single central square-headed doorway; doorcase with cornice and panelled returns; panelled door. To each side of doorway, twelve-paned hornless sash window.
Entrance doorway leads into interior passageway (thin timber-framing to sides) with door to each house.
