History

Early C19; said to have been built circa 1832 by owners of adjacent Hall as law offices.

Exterior

Two storey, three window house, Llanfyllin brick, slate roof, rectangular end chimneys in brick. First floor has broadly-proportioned twelve pane hornless sash windows (four panes over eight). On ground floor, central entrance doorway with early C19 type shallow doorcase with Doric pilasters and entablature; six-panelled entrance door with rectangular overlight. To each side of doorway, sixteen pane horned sash window. Rear has central doorway with early C19 doorcase; later window to each floor.
