Mid C19.
Two storeys, coursed rubble blocks, painted to east gable. Slate roof, brick end stacks, boxed eaves, deep verges. Three-window front, replacement 12-pane sashes under single-block cut stone lintels with key block. Central 6-panel door with transom glazing and overlight with "The Harbour" in stained glass. Pilaster and cornice door surround with panelled reveals and vertical consoles. Plain railings with alternate finials, over rubble forecourt wall.
Prominent village centre position. Possibly constructed as Minister's house to adjoining chapel and forming an attractive pairing.
