History

Mid C19.

Exterior

Terraced house in painted roughcast and stucco with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of hornless 12-pane sashes with slate sills, and centre half-glazed door with plain overlight. Stucco quoins and surrounds with keystones. C20 flat-roofed glazed porch.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as part of one of the early terraces in New Quay, though not marked on 1847 Tithe Map, and still retaining original windows. Said to have been a pub.
