History

Mid C19.

Exterior

Terraced house in painted roughcast and stucco with slate roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey double-fronted house with original hornless 12-pane sashes above, similar horned sashes to ground floor, centre half-glazed door with overlight in flat-roofed glazed C20 porch. Windows have stucco hoods and painted slate sills.

Reasons for Listing

Part of group of little altered houses, probably built with No 24 after 1847 as not marked on Tithe Map.
