History

Mid C19

Exterior

House in sand-textured render with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of original 12-pane hornless sashes with slate sills. Four-panel door and traceried overlight in C20 flat-roofed glazed porch. Rear has centre 12-pane stair light.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as little altered house in one of the early terraces in New Quay, still with original windows. Not marked on 1847 Tithe Map.
