Exterior

3-storey, 3 2 window stucco Wyndham Street elevation with plinth and painted end pilaster strip; slate roof, rubble and brick chimney stacks. 12-pane sash windows; modern entrance and shop front to right.

3-storey York Place painted stucco gable end with plinth; 2-storey stucco and slate roofed cross range extends at rear to Market Street. Horned sash windows without glazing bars; modern hooded porch, painted stucco. Market Street gable end with broadly spaced Venetian type sash window to 2nd floor end architrave to further entrance.

2-storey range adjoining to left is not of special interest.
