History

Mid C19 inn, former Plasterers Arms, name recorded in 1884 directory. Name changed in 2005 to the Haverfordwest Tavern. Lower than adjacent Nos 37 and 41. In 1974 the roof was of cemented slates. Interior remodelled 2005.

Exterior

Inn, painted stucco with slate roof. Two storeys, double-fronted with two plate-glass sash windows each floor. Central doorway with head higher than those of flanking windows, in timber surround with thin moulded sides, frieze and flat hood on shallow brackets. 2005 new door, original small-paned overlight.

Included for its special interest as an earlier C19 inn with good surviving doorcase.
