History

Terraced house, earlier to mid C19 in long row.

Exterior

Terraced house, painted lined stucco with slate close-eaved roof and rendered right end stack. Two storeys, three bays, with hornless 12-pane sashes and centre recessed door. Raised plinth. Door has two long arched panels similar to those on Nos 52-4. Ground floor right window is broader than that to left.

Included for its special interest as a late Georgian style terraced house in a well-preserved row, Nos 44-60 (even).
