End-terrace house, earlier C19, the Lamb Inn until late 1990s. A private house for some six years.
End-terrace house, painted stucco with slate close-eaved roof and brick end stacks. Two storeys, three bays, offset to left. Large renewed 12-pane sashes with centre recessed door. Raised plinth. Doorway is broad with early C19 timber doorcase: thin side piers, frieze between console brackets with guttae, and thin moulded cornice. Door has been clad in painted hardboard. Rendered windowless right end gable.
Interior not inspected.
Included for its special interest as a Georgian style terraced house in a well-preserved row, Nos 44-60 (even).
