History

Early C19 terraced house, possibly on older core, built as a mirrored pair with No 14.

Exterior

Terraced house, painted stucco with slate roof and paired plain wood gutter brackets to eaves. Three storeys, two bays with small paned sashes and stucco keystones: 9-pane to top floor, 12-pane elsewhere but ground floor window is not aligned, set to left of centre, and is smaller. Recessed door to extreme right in doorcase paired with No 14. Doorcase has three pilasters and overall architrave, plain frieze and moulded cornice. C20 door in flush panelled reveals. Slate threshold.
