Early to mid C19 terraced house. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map.
Terraced house, roughcast cladding, with imitation slate close-eaved roof and shared stone end stacks. Two-storey, 3-window range of 12-pane sash windows, the heads of the upper ones directly under eaves. Central 6-panelled door with top 4 panels fielded and with shallow overlight. Stucco plinth.
Included as a little altered late Georgian terraced house still with original windows and door.
