History

Early to mid C19 attached house.

Exterior

Terraced house, painted stucco cladding, with imitation slate roof and brick end stacks. Two-storey, 3-window range of 12-pane sash windows and central doorway. C20 6-panelled door and narrow overlight with original lozenge-pattern tracery. Stucco rusticated quoins, and all windows with stuccoed deep hoods and moulded keystones. Doorway has similar keystone to plain surround.
In previous listing roof was of grouted cement and door 6-panelled but with top 4 panels fielded.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a well-preserved earlier C19 terraced house with surviving fenestration.
