House, early to mid C19, said to date from c1836. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map.
House, unpainted stucco cladding, with slate eaves roof, higher than that of Nos 2-4, and brick end stacks. Two-storey, 3-window range of 12-pane sash windows and central doorway with C20 6-panelled door and overlight with marginal glazing bars. Rusticated quoins and all openings with plain surround and moulded keystone. Further bay with lower roof to left with small 12-pane sash window over ledged door with 3-pane overlight.
Front garden enclosed by rendered low walls with rounded coping, piers in centre and at ends.
Included as an earlier C19 house in late Georgian style, retaining original fenestration.
