History

A little altered smaller traditional farmhouse. Marked on 1845 Tithe Map as two farms, owned by Phoebe Williams, occupied by Michael Bartlett and Thomas Lewis. This is probably the latter. The Tal-y-gaer corbelled hut Ancient Monument Peá210 stands just to N.

Exterior

Earlier C19 farmhouse, roughcast with imitation slate roof and end wall stacks, roughcast to left, stone and larger to right. Two-storey, double-fronted with two small 4-pane windows above, two larger 4-pane windows below and centre door. Slate sills. Small fire window to ground floor right. Outshut rear. C20 S end porch.
