Estate building, probably former Estate Office. Mid C19, possibly designed by George Tattershall; it shares some architectural features with the Tattershall additions to the stable block of 1843 and postdates the tithe map of 1840.

Sandstone ashlar, brick, hipped slate roof with red ridge tiles. Rectangular plan, single storey with 4 windows, door offset to right hand side. Sandstone plinth, moulded cornice; parapet. Rear elevation is brick.

Altered mid-late C20 apparently with loss of earlier features.
