History

Farmhouse, probably of early C19. The Llaniestyn Tithe Map of 1840 shows a holding of 105 acres (42.5ha) owned by O I Ellis Nanney and occupied by Robert Parry.

Exterior

Farmhouse, roughcast rubble stone with roof of small slates and stone end wall stacks, larger and roughcast to right. Two-storey, three-window front offset to left. 4-pane sashes except to first floor centre which has original hornless 9-pane sash. L edged door and overlight. Added rear wing with stone end stack and end lean-to.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a traditional farmhouse, little altered.
