History

Chapel house of Carmel Baptist Chapel, said to be early C19 like the chapel, but also not marked on 1844 Tithe Map. Remodelled in 1915.

Exterior

House, pebble-dashed with grouted slate roof and end stacks of squared stone. Single storey and attic, double-fronted with 6-pane horned sash each side of half-glazed door. Two slated eaves dormers presumably of 1915 with 6-pane casement and 2-pane apex glazing. Date 1915 and 'Plas' in pebbledash over door. House roof is continuous with that of Carmel Chapel to right.
