Erected between 1871 and 1881 for Llewelyn, brother of Griffith Thomas Picton Jones of the nearby gentry house of Ty Iocus.
Built from coarse-grained granite. The tomb is in the form of a sarcophagus standing on a moulded base, the outward-sloping sides rising to a Doric entablature and moulded capstone, and having cushion rolls at the ends. Inscription on the sides eroded, erected to Llewelyn Picton-Jones of Yoke House [Ty Iocws]. Date illegible.
Two brass plates to later members of the family have been added.
Included as an unusual and notable graveyard monument of the later C19.
