Three storey corner block faced with random rubble, yellow brick pilasters and dressings. Arcaded stone parapet mainly cemented over. To St Mary Street, second floor has Gothic windows, first floor has round-headed windows grouped 3-2. Single window to each floor of convex corner bay. To Wood Street, group of 3 Gothic windows to second floor, group of 3 round-headed windows to first floor (and modern insertion). Modern shop front to ground floor.
Listed for group value with former Prince of Wales Theatre.
