Exterior

Mid terraced house, built of local rubble masonry, front elevation now rendered, slate roof with roughly dressed stone ridge stack with tiled capping. The house has been modernised in the mid C20, now with a single 4-pane casement window to each floor and modern door offset to left (W).

Reasons for Listing

Included as part of a particularly well preserved terrace of late C18 or early C19 village houses. The terrace retains much of its character particularly in the retention of so much of its original fenestration.
