History

Early C19 corn barn.

Exterior

Large C19 corn barn. Rubble stone, steeply pitched corrugated metal roof. Central threshing floor has projecting canopies on each side. Opposing doorways have boarded heads and boarded double doors with half doors to right. Walls to left and right have two tall ventilation slits on each side. Attached to E gable is a three bay shelter shed with gabled corrugated metal roof.

Interior

Barn of 6 bays; tie beam trusses with bolted collars.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a good C19 barn, and for important group value with the farmhouse, and cowhouse and stable at Lower Celliau.
