Exterior

A triangular cast iron milepost painted white, with a ramped top inscribed 'County of Flint 1892' in raised black letters. Plates are screwed to the 2 main faces, reading 'Chester 14m 0F' and 'Holywell 3m 2F' in raised letters. The founder's name on the L face is illegible.
