History

Early C19 dial set on a pier of unknown date; may be formed from elements of a late C15 or early C16 arcade.

Exterior

Bronze sundial set on an octagonal sandstone pier comprising raking base, tall shaft and wider cap on moulded course.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a sundial which may represent the remains of an early church arcade and which forms a group with the adjacent church of St Ffinan.
