History

Mid C19 lodge of Brynhyfryd which is now Sixth Form Centre.

Exterior

Single-storey lodge. Rock-faced coursed grey stone under a slate roof, with a central pair of diagonally-set stacks; plinth. Smooth dressed stone quoins, and door and window architraves; square hoodmoulds. Projecting block of paired gables, offset slightly L of centre, each with a window, boarded over. Door in R-hand return. Single square window to each gable end, rear not seen.

Listed as a C19 lodge of picturesque character, and for group value with Brynhyfryd (now the Sixth Form Centre of school).
