Probably built c1816 with No 2 Bunkers Hill, and shown on the 1829 town plan.
A 2-storey 2-window house of pebble-dashed walls with smooth-rendered architraves, slate roof and roughcast end stacks. Openings are offset to the L. A fielded-panel door with glazed panels is on the L side. Windows are replacement 4-pane horned sashes, except the upper L-hand window, which is blind.
Listed, notwithstanding modern alterations, for its special interest as an early C19 terraced house that contributes to the setting Beaumaris Gaol and its perimeter walls.
