History

Probably c1816 and contemporary with Nos 2-4 Bunkers Hill, which are roofed in the same range. It is shown on the 1829 town plan.

Exterior

A 2-storey double-fronted house of pebble-dashed walls, slate roof and roughcast stacks. It has a central fielded-panel door and replacement small-pane casement windows. An iron gate, with wall above connecting Nos 6 and 8, leads to a side passage.

Reasons for Listing

Listed, notwithstanding replacement of windows, an early C19 terraced house contributes to the setting Beaumaris Gaol and its perimeter walls.
